This website provides information about Quizzer AI: Quiz Maker and is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Use of the website does not create an agreement between you and us beyond these terms.

The app and purchases

The Quizzer app is licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple’s standard licensed application terms. Pro access is offered as a weekly auto-renewing subscription ($7.99) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($39.99), billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Acceptable use

The app and website may not be used to infringe others’ rights, including copyright. You are responsible for the material you upload, and generated quizzes are for your personal study and teaching use.

Generated content

Quizzes are generated by AI and may contain errors. Verify important information — especially for high-stakes exams — against your course materials and instructors. Generated questions are study aids, not official practice materials of NCSBN, the College Board, or any exam provider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
