How large can the PDF be?

Typical lecture slides and chapter exports work well. If a document is very long, generating a focused set of 10–20 questions gives better quizzes than trying to cover every line.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Image-only scans are better handled in photo mode: open the scan on screen (or on paper) and let the camera do the rest.

Is the PDF generator free?

You can try it free. Unlimited quiz generation requires Pro — $7.99 per week or a one-time $39.99 lifetime purchase.

Is my document stored?

Your PDF is used to generate your quiz questions. Quizzer doesn’t require an account, and the document isn’t published or shared anywhere.

Quiz generator from PDF

A quiz generator from PDF takes any study PDF — lecture slides, a textbook chapter, a review sheet — and turns it into a multiple-choice practice quiz you can take on your phone in the next two minutes.

Stop reading a PDF and start testing on it

Most people study a PDF by reading it once or twice and hoping it sticks. Converting the same PDF into questions forces you to retrieve what you actually absorbed — the single most effective study move per minute spent. Quizzer reads the document, finds the testable points, writes the questions, and grades you as you go.

What kinds of PDFs work

Lecture slide exports, textbook chapters, study guides, course readers, and study notes shared by classmates all work. For scanned or photographed documents, use Quizzer’s photo mode instead — same flow, straight from the camera.
